Can people really spot you if you wearing hearing aids?

erm, well i wear hearing aids ya know cos ive problems hearing and i dont like wearing them cos i feel embarrased and you know whats it like, people get you wrong so i was curious to find out

basically im 17, and im wanting to work, especially in supermarket where some of my friends go, but i have to wear hearing aids but that kinda turns my mood down but without them, i wont be successful in work.

plus does anyone know where i can get small or tiny digital hearing aids for cheap, and ye it must be digital.
